PRICES

WEEKEND BOOKING: (Fri/Sat/Sun nights) - minimum 2 nights - $2000-2200 per night (= $111-$122pp per night to Stay & Ride for 18ppl)

LONG WEEKEND BOOKING: (Fri/Sat/Sun nights) - minimum 3 nights - $2200 per night

MIDWEEK BOOKING: (Mon/Tues/Wed/Thurs nights) - minimum 3 nights - $1000 per night (= $55pp per night to Stay & Ride for 18ppl) If mixing any weekdays with weekends - 2 weekend nights must be included in the stay

NSW SCHOOL HOLIDAYS - minimum 3 nights @ $1800-2000 per night (= $100-$111pp per night to Stay & Ride for 18ppl) (excluding high season 20/12 - 3/1) 

10% Discount for 4-7 nights

15% Discount for 7 nights or more any time of year

NOT INCLUDED IN ABOVE PRICES:

FIREWOOD LEVY = $10 per person

We cater for up to 18 guests so group bookings makes your stay much more affordable 

(Above prices are applicable no matter how many guests stay - up to a maximum of 18)

SECURITY DEPOSIT

Deposit = 50% of the total booking amount (which includes Security Deposit) Due within 24hrs of booking

Security Deposit:

After check-out the house/property will be inspected for any damages/stolen goods. If the property is in the same condition as it was upon arrival with no damages/stolen goods - $1000 will be refunded within 7 days from check-out. If we find any damages/stolen goods the security deposit will be put on hold & we will contact you in regards to this. If the cost of damages/stolen goods exceeds the security deposit - the extra amount will need to be paid by guests.

ARE YOU ELIGIBLE TO BOOK?

This is a family orientated farm therefore we do not allow bucks parties, big parties, groups of young males under the age of 21 (without adult supervision). Please contact us if your unsure your booking will be accepted before booking. We may however allow other events/celebrations, please specify on booking form.

Please Note: We have two forms to be acknowledged/signed & submitted which you will find under 'Legal Requirements' tab above. A 'Stay Agreement' to confirm you agree to our rental terms & a 'Ride Agreement/Liability Waiver' confirming whether you are riding or not. These forms will be requested in a group email we send out to each family about a month prior to arrival.
